By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Because our bone broth is a perishable product, we take great care in our shipping process. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery and properly refrigerate the product immediately. We are not responsible for spoiled product due to missed deliveries or improper storage after delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at care@siiye.com with photos and a description of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right.
